Add up to four additional years to your 1 year factory warranty (maximum of 5 years). Coverage includes shipping fees both ways (from the customer to the factory & from the factory to the customer).
No out-of-pocket charges for parts or service. You may add the warranty extension to your original purchase or you may add the warranty after the receipt of your merchandise for up to 90 days.
If you are adding an extension to your warranty following delivery of your item be sure to include your serial number in the checkout comment section for faster service. A certificate with your name and serial number will be mailed to the address you specify as your shipping address by mail.
If you purchase the extension at the time of your original equipment purchase, the certificate will be sent with your machine.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
